Track Days

DOCSA holds several Track days each year in conjunction with the Historics (Historic Motor Cycle Racing Register of SA Inc.).

The inaugural Bend Track day was held in 2018, and since have been held annually with the 2020 Track Day to be held at The Bend East Circuit. When possible, track days are also held at Mallala Motorsport Park.

Track Days are an opportunity to go out and develop uour riding skills in a controlled environment with like minded people.

If you're new to track days, or a little rusty, here's what you will need:

  • A current one day (or annual if you have one) recreational licence (non-competitive permit)
  • You will need an approved full face helmet (with undamaged visor), leather gloves and boots, one piece leather suit or zip together 2 piece suit.
  • A roadworthy bike with good tyres, brakes and no oil leaks. All body panels, controls and exhaust must be secure. Every bike will be checked before being allowed on track. All lights and mirrors must be either taped up or removed. You will have an opportunity to repair your bike and have it re-inspected if it does not get through scrutineering. Failure to correct faults picked up in scrutineering will mean your bike will not be allowed on track.

Spectators are most welcome at no charge.
